SHIPPING:

Shipments will be made within a maximum period of 2 days from receipt of the order.

The shipping price will be stipulated at the final price of your purchase.

The shipping time for Andorra will be 2 days. For Spain it will be one week. For shipments to Europe and International, 2 weeks.

The customer agrees to provide a valid address where the order can be delivered. In the event that the client provides an address that cannot be reached, any other additional cost will be covered by the client himself.

It is important that when you receive your package, you check that the product does not present any defect, damage or alteration. If so, we ask that you please notify us as quickly as possible. Otherwise, we will not be responsible for any damages that the products may present if they are not reported at the time of receipt.

All product orders are subject to availability. The stock of each product is specified on the website.

The price of each product will be the one stipulated at all times on our website, except in the case of a manifest error. Although the company tries to ensure that all prices on the page are correct, errors can occur. If an error is discovered in the price of any of the products that you have ordered, you will be informed as soon as possible and you will be offered the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it.

The prices on this website include the corresponding taxes.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

The customer will always have the right to exchange or return, as long as the product is in the same conditions in which it was delivered and during the following 10 days.

In the event that the product does not conform to what has been purchased and / or agreed on in model and size, the return and / or exchange will be at the customer’s expense. You will have to place the order again specifying in the “notes” section the reason for the change and you will receive an e-mail with the address where you will have to deliver it. You must send the package in the same conditions that it was delivered to you.

Once we receive it, we will proceed to make the exchange or return. In the case of a return within 48 hours, the refund will be made by the same method that the payment was made. If there are difficulties in the supply of products or there are no products in stock, Vita Lamm undertakes to contact the User and reimburse any amount that may have been paid as an amount.

In the event that the exchange or return is due to a defect in the garment or an error in the order (reference, size, etc.), both the return shipment and the new delivery will be borne by Vita Lamm.

The accepted means of payment will be: Credit Card

Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorizations by the issuing bank, if said entity does not authorize payment, Vita lamm will not be able to formalize any contract with the User.
